A great place to wait aurora. This place is the bomb but there should be some adjustments the hotel was kind of falling apart but over all it was good and restraunt is really expensive for a resort and it takes a while for food and the pools and springs are so relaxing and great to get into with your husband or wife but gets crowded when the Japanese people come but there friendly too and the tours and airport are awesome and worth 50 bucks Vishwas The overall experience was decent but did not completely meet our expectations. We went only for 1 night and we had the family suite. The rooms were old and torn up. Paint was peeling, thermostat was broken, shower was way to small, and we never got hot water in our room; always ice cold. It felt like we were staying at a rundown motel instead of a resort. For the price being paid, the rooms should have clearly been better. Minus 2 stars for that. Next was the restaurant. The quality of the food was very good even though it was a bit pricey (most if not all of the food is organic and from their own greenhouses). However, the service was terrible. The first night for dinner, we recieved a seat that looked into the room where dishes were being washed. I requested to be moved, but the waitress ignored us and just went on to take our order. The service was slow, but it was expected since the restaurant was full. The next morning for breakfast, the service was even worse. First, we were brought hot water for tea and tea bags 15 minutes later (another 5 minutes to get hot water). Then, it took 20 minutes to get the check after we had finished. The worst part: there was only 1 other person dining at the time and he was just reading a newspaper with coffee. Minus 1 star for that. Why did I not rate this place 1 star? First, the hot springs were just phenomenal. Very soothing and relaxing. Also, the landscape (mountains and small streams) really add to the peacefulness. The second was the ice museum. They charge $15 per adult ($7.50 for under 17), but it is totally worth it. The museum is simply beautiful. So much detail in the sculptures and the ice bar inside (speaking of, the appletini was not that bad either, quite nice). No worries; not very cold. Chena Hot Spring resort is definitely a place to visit. Day trips work well. If you need to stay overnight though, try to get a room in the Moose Lodge. That portion is a bit newer than the other cabins. セスナ機用の空港 リゾート内にある
