This was my first time here. I wish the food was as good as the service. Toughest ribeye I've ever had, along with both included sides. But, it's not terrible. Could just be an off night. Really weird atmosphere, though. Kinda like semi rustic elementary cafeteria. Wow. I am so disappointed in Banks Alehouse. We always received stellar service ordering for delivery from there and tonight’s service was downright awful! We ordered 2 pounds of wings to be delivered, they took down our phone number, address, and my email address. 2 hours went by and I finally called them back and they said that our address on base didn’t register in their system until they re-booted their GPS, then they said they tried to call us back with the number we provided but it “didn’t work”because it was a long distance number, and finally we looked at our account and they didn’t even charge us, which means the order was never processed. The owner Mark said that it wasn’t Banks fault at all and that our phone was “broken” this cannot be life right now! Bye bye Banks Alehouse....We hardly knew ye
