I ordered the bacon clubhouse and when I checked it there's no meat in my sandwich just bacon and veggies. So I called the store since I'm still in the parking lot and told them there's no beef patties someone came to me outside the parking lot took my sandwich and talk to me in a polite manner. She came back with what I ordered and add a apple pie. I'm happy for that responsed and I appreciate they went outside because I couldn't go out my kids are sleeping in the car... The Food is fast and the Crew and Managers make sure orders are correct and the food is fresh. Overall friendly atmosphere and a good experience. I will never get that 35 minutes of my life back waiting for my "fast food" today. WTH? At least I'm not the guy who ordered well before I arrived and who is still waiting for his food. Standing there waiting that long while staring at a trophy on the counter that reads "super fantastic service" almost makes me laugh if I weren't so pissed. If this was the 1st time I experienced this here id not be posting this but since I moved here 1 month ago this is now the 3rd time I've had to deal with this. It is ridiculous that Mcdonalds would allow their brand to be represented and tainted by the level of management that allows their customers to go thru this every time they just want a burger. Beyond frustrating. Every single time I go for a freaking happy meal they don't have the damn happy meal boxes. Always same excuse we are ordering some! Our visit was great, our order was fast and given in a timely manner. The place was extremely clean, as an employee was cleaning up for guests. We enjoyed our fries and ice cream, after a long day.
