I just love Frank's. There is always someone there to help you out, it isn't a huge place l, but the selection keeps you busy enough to enjoy yourself for a while, and they always keep cycling their stock so you can find new things. They also have a military discount which is always a wonderful cherry on top. The only "negative" comment is that they do suffer that ubiquitous shortage of sizing options for average builds. I.e. I have had a hard time getting 16.5 34/35 dress shirts with them; if you can wait they will be happy to order the appropriate color if they are out of stock. I used Frank's Menswear for the first time a few days ago and am so pleased that I did. The staff was very friendly and understanding, and the prices were much more affordable than I would've ever expected. The selection is very classy and accommodating to formal and even casual events. The parking can be so-so because they are in the downtown area, but it's completely worth it, in my opinion, to stop by anyway. I went here to get clothes for my wedding. The staff was very friendly and helped me find the perfect outfit. I would recommend this store to all men wanting nice clothes. Excellent customer service and high quality clothing. We went here for a suit for my fiancé and they were able to order a different size than what was in stock. We've been back several times browsing for accessories. They provided great tips and history on style, as well as instructions for how to shine up the shoes he already had, instead of buying new. You will not find better customer service at another clothing store in town. I highly recommend Frank's and we will be back. Selection is unbeatable, Frank's is a store I wouldn't have expected to find here in Fairbanks, prices are great and the staff is always very helpful in finding what I need. I recommend them to everyone!
