Dr. Lowe & his staff are phenomenal. I cannot thank them enough. Every time I needed to come in, I've gotten in right away & have gotten superior customer service. I had to have 2 crowns placed & I was not looking forward to it as I've never had dental work before and the anxiety was overwhelming. Dr. Lowe & his assistants made sure I was comfortable at all times, thoroughly explaining each step and taking their time to ensure it was done properly. My new crowns match my teeth PERFECTLY. They fit like a glove, I can't even tell they're any different than my original teeth - AT ALL. I was so scared that I would be uncomfortable for the rest of my life, with hot/cold sensitivity, uneven bite, etc. but I am certain now that I made the right choice. Highly recommend! I love these guys. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful and the doc is really understanding of my irrational fear of dental work. They are quick but do fantastic work. I love that they're always singing and laughing while I'm there. Best dentist I've ever been to. My kiddos have always had a great experience with them, too, so I don't have to have separate dentists for my family. Being afraid of dentists in general, I was very reluctant to go but my toothache was so bad that I had to go in. They ended up having to pull two of my back teeth. The dentist was so gentle and made me feel less anxious about what needed to be done!!! Thank you Dental Arts for putting me at ease and for caring about me as a person and not just a client. My experience with Alaska Dental Arts has always been exceptional! The front desk staff was so helpful when it came to planning my daughter's treatment. They explained everything in detail and my our experience so easy. Dr. Lowe and his hygienist were rental and caring when it came to her treatments. As long as I am stationed here I will be using this clinic for all of our dental care. Friendly, expert care! They've tended to my needs as well as my 2 and 6 year old. Originally sought them out as they were one of the few dental clinics that I could find that accepted adult Medicaid and I stuck with them even after obtaining insurance. They were great about navigating my insurance coverage for me and breaking down costs in a clear manner. Very helpful!
