Dr Quayle gave me very good helpful service in removing my wart and giving me personalized orthotics Everyone in the office as well as the doctor were polite and helpful! Dr. Quayle diagnosed my issue within minutes, and spent the rest of the appointment showing me at home exercises and treatments I could do so I wouldn't have to come back regularly. He recommended an insole for my shoes, which has made a HUGE difference. The doctor was personable and friendly throughout the appointment, chatting with me while working on my foot. I would highly recommend Dr Quayle, as many of my family members recommended him to me. This business phone number popped up on my phone as unknown, I let it go to VM and they didn't leave a call back number. When found and returned the phone call I mentioned this to the receptionist and she stated "Well, we left it on you VM if you would have checked it." which doesn't even make sense, how would I know who to call back if I didn't check my VM. The first appointment I had the receptionist was not friendly, nor helpful. I thought it was a one time occurrence, so I let it go sometimes people have bad days. The second appointment two of the three women working in reception were short and curt. I think this office is after Tricare money, as soon as I showed my ID I was treated poorly. I was disappointed with the service rendered, if I were not military I would not return. I needed a confirmation slip for my second appointment and the both women were outright rude I asked for it before I was seen so that I didn't forget and they refused, after the appointment the receptionist asked me if the doctor had signed it as I stepped to her desk to ask for the slip. I said "I'm don't know" then she asked if he had the paper, I told her that I wasn't sure and that is what I was coming to ask for. She scoffed, and asked the doctor if he had the slip, which he did and forgot to sign. The doctor was okay, not awesome and gave me little information and didn't seem to care, or remember me from previous appointment. Not an awesome experience. Simple stuff, easy to fix. customer service is too easy be nice and helpful. This office is being paid well for the services rendered and in my opinion not a place of business I would want to spend money. I was treated poorly. This was our first visit to this business. From the first phone call until our last appointment, we had a great experience! The receptionist were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The doctors assistant was professional and friendly, the doctor was also very friendly and answered all our questions. If we need to have any foot work done in the future we will be going back to this business! I I visited this office on January 26, 2016. I have a palsy in my writing hand which causes me to shake profusely. The VA says it's because of exposure to explosions constantly. I show up at this podiatrist. The receptionist insist i fill out approximately 7 documents. Due to extreme exposure to combat and explosions I am unable to write without shaking profusely. Usually, when I go to any doctor's office and explain my disability to the office staff, they are very accommodating and happy to fill in the forms for me. The receptionist at this office laughed at me and made me feel humiliation; in fact, she made me wait an extra 20 minutes, and then decided to help me. When I finally saw doctor, he was not much better. Every other podiatrist I've ever attended, the staff has removed my shoes and socks prior to the doctor coming in because I have back problems. Even though I told them I have back problems and they could see me barely walking, the doctor showed a great deal of insensitivity and insisted I remove my own shoes and socks. The doctor had very poor bedside manner. There was one bright star in the office that smiled and joked and was actually friendly. The receptionist, the thin one, is very unfriendly, and the doctor I saw was very unfriendly, stoic, and terse. I would not recommend this provider. I see that others had good experiences there; but I have had great experiences with podiatrists and their staff in other places, so I know it is not necessary for these people at Aurora to treat me with such contempt. They acted as if I was a burden. I even noticed another patient who was very jolly and spoke to them in a very happy manner, but the receptionist responded to him that she was busy, too busy to be nice.
