They were paid to fix a clock by out moving company that broke clock. Chimes fell out. They took clock and brought it back. A CHIME WAS STILL MISSING. So they had to bring another. They never call you back. You have to call multiple times before you get anyone that knows anything. They had to come out again, our clock still doesn't chime and it didn't before we moved. Not they want us to talk to allied BC they do not want to fix it unless they get paid again. Bc not chimeing is not on the paper work. Neither was putting an ugly gold piece on the penglum but they did it. The board pieces /shelves that belong on bottom of clock are also missing. Which reminded then about the 2nd time we had them come to our house BC of the clock. It took 2 months to get someone on the phone about the not chimeing. They also didn't fully repair the TV stand.. But we are mostly mad about the clock that they now don't want to full fix. The weights are also crooked BC a price in the clock was bent and the person just bent it back.... I do not recommend them. Crooked, dishonest, swindler. You name it, that's what you get with this guy. Had them rework my visors for my van so they'd swing past the CB radio. Dropped them off in August with a promise date of Sept 11th. Just got them back after multiple calls and a $420 bill and after almost 5 months and I received two jacked up and completely different visors. They don't even look the same. The dude blamed his employees for the time delay and when I tried to mount the visors they wouldn't even mount as one was completely backwards from the way it should mount. After writing a review on the company's Facebook page, he claimed it was my fault and that I'd designed them and blocked me from responding. Do your research, ask around. Fairbanks is a small town and you won't find good things about this guy or his business. Avoid this place like the plague.
