I hired Moonlighting construction to finish my driveway, build a simple 10 x 24 deck and the stairs going up to the deck. They wanted half the money up front to start the job ( $ 8000) not cheap! They showed up for two days, and then started showing up once every other day for maybe 1-2 hours. The workers were some of the most passive aggressive people I have ever met, they were rude, and I felt like they were scoping my property out since day one, I also did not want to leave my teenage daughter home while they were at my house. Then they stopped showing up altogether - they said there was a problem with their asphalt roller? Needless to say, I made sure they finished my driveway (which took two weeks!!!) I never even had them start on the deck. I don't even know why they are in the construction field, it was a frustrating waste of time dealing with these people.
