Todd did an amazing job. I came in very last minute in the middle of a rush with no appointment and they managed to work me in within 5 minutes of me arriving as well as taking care of everyone else. It was a clean environment and I watched the technicians sanitizing things the minute they were done using them or people got out of them. I will definitely be returning. 2nd Appointment was just as great. Best salon in Fairbanks! Tammy and the crew always exceed expectations and you are pampered from start to finish. There is no better pedicure than hot stone from Tony!! Love this place! Always get my pedicure there and it's so worth it. Very relaxing place, I haven't done my nails there yet but from what I can see the place is very clean, good atmosphere and the prices are fair. The staff is very friendly. Went in two days ago to get a shellac manicure. My thumb nail was chipped instead of just cutting of this small sliver. He glues it, which just glued my finger and not my nail. That thumb now the polish has completely chipped off after two days. That's not what shellac is supposed to do!! Also the color of the polish seemed to change color. I got a light purple it's now a light blue. The guy that did my nails was nice, the atmosphere was nice. But I will not being going back. The lady who welcomed me was very polite but the lady who actually did my nails was very rude. I asked for a new set to be put on and my old set soaked off. Normally, nail salons will soak them off but she ripped them off. Then when she was filing and smoothing them with the dremel tool, she cut me on every finger and made them bleed. HIGHLY do not recommend!!
