I went in to get my wife's ring cleaned and walked out with an upgrade. The girls there are super helpful and didn't make me feel pressured into buying anything. They took the time to explain everything that I was getting and even taught me a little about diamonds. Definitely coming back for future occasions. I bought a set of rings and was told it would be around 800 and turns out it was that plus a thousand more. I found out because I went to make a payment and my total was 1800 instead of the 850 I was told I owed. I went into the store and I said I felt mislead and there solution was to turn my payments to 36 months instead of 12 months so I paid less but for longer. And top it off the manager from Hawaii was there and making my payments longer was his idea. I'd think if anyone would fix it, it would be him. I once quoted a customer a certain price at a past job and was wrong but my job held that price because it was the right thing to do. Nope not here.
