I am sharing this review I also post to Facebook because I'm so upset with how my mother was treated. My mom brought couch cushion covers here a few weeks ago and actually got the covers back dirtier than when she dropped them off. Whatever they tried to do left a black residue in stripes on the covers. She commented on it the first time and they did it again! The poor customer service and abysmal level of "cleaning" means we won't be returning. She was thoroughly disrespected by the young man who works there and went there 3 times to get the same job done. We are NEVER, NEVER, NEVER coming back again. She took the covers to Pings and now they are properly cleaned. Horrible and dirty. Very few machines worked.... washers and dryers were probably dirtier than my clothes I took in to wash. Even the table and chairs to sit on were yukky. I really think my clothes came home with stains they didn't have before. Friendly people good service good job Never had a problem. I've had multiple white coats and formal wear done there. Always done right. Always on time. Had a few shirts cleaned. They were timely and a decent price.
