Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. There is only one number to make an appointment for passports. They never answer and require you to leave a message to get back to you within 24 hours. I left 3 messages and it took them 3 weeks to get back to me. Unfortunately I was not near my phone when they called and they didn't leave a message. I called the main line and was told that I would have to play phone tag with them until I was able to get an appointment. I also asked if I could walk in to make an appointment and was told that its by phone only no walk ins. If you decide to use them be sure you have time just to sit around and wait for a phone call. They won't give me an appointment when I ask for one in person. Instead they tell me to call on the phone. So I call. But nobody answers the phone. It should be illegal to fail this bad at your job!!! I need a passport. It is required by law actually for driving out of my state. If the USPS can't handle this service, it should be privatized. Give me the contract. I can answer a phone. I can even put an answering service on it. I can even direct people to a website to sign up for appointments on a calendar.
