Delicious and very glad we made this choice to grab something quick for dinner. Portions we're heart and big for the price. We will be definitely visiting again! I absolutely LOVE this little place! The people are friendly & the food is great! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! This is by far my favorite pad thai I've had in Fairbanks, and it's super fast! Great Thai Iced Tea! Reasonably priced. Hot means HOT, which is hard to say about a lot of places around here. Bamboo is good. I haven't tried the curry. Very friendly staff. Always love pulling up to the window. ^_^ wasn't in to Thai food before I came here. I tried other Thai restaurants in town . I was not impressed . so I'll go completely out of my way just to get Simply Thai. Very reasonable prices also.
