Do not go through these people. The lady I was on the phone was rude and hung up on me all because I wanted to look something up real quick. Not sure what is so wrong with your life, but when you're at work lose the attitude... ESPECIALLY when in a customer service position. We rented a unit from this facility thinking our valuables would be safe and secure. We went to put more stuff in our unit and found that the back corner of the roof had been leaking into the unit soaking and destroying our items, some of which were extremely sentimental and cannot be replaced. When we went to tell the manager she said "oh it looks like you have been on the list to be repaired since before you rented the unit." We obviously would not have rented a unit we knew had to be repaired. She then went on to say that we should have packaged our things in plastic to avoid this problem. So upset and disappointed in this storage facility. DO NOT USE THEM! I work here, so I am biased. Great service Always there to help
