Great place. I was visiting my friend in Fairbanks. And he recommended this place. I am Chinese and I am very picky on authentic Asian cuisine. And I have to say, this place did not fail me. We went there twice during my visiting. The Hot Pot was so good because I could tell their chicken broth was made of real chicken. For those who knows about hot pot, there are many broths are made of package ingredients. This place provides real ingredients and natural flavor. 有机会还会来! I’ve been here with my family and we love the healthy choices! Not to mention how fun it is to cook your own dinner in a hot pot of your very own. The waitstaff is wonderful and explain how the process works beautifully. This is a unique dining experience. You pick your food and then cook it yourself at your table. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. I and another came here while waiting for a flight to arrive around 15-20 minutes before closing (completely empty) and they were fine with cooking for us. I ordered Chow Mei Fu and it was great, and my company ordered (spicy) Mongolian beef which was delicious. The waiters were very polite and we had good talk before leaving. Overall I'm very pleased and will be returning. They also offer a very unique menu. We ate at here tonight and it was the best place we've eaten at in the year we have been here! The amount of food was well worth the price and the service was amazing! I had the steamed broccoli and shrimp since the server was not understanding of me asking about gluten free options. The hubby ate dragon and Phoenix he said it was full of flavor and just the right amount of spice. The lady that brought the food out did know about the gluten free options and got me a sauce that was gluten free. She said that they will soon have gluten free soy sauce so more sauce options next time. We will defiantly be going back!
