Extremely slow. The staff is more interested in their own socialization than actually doing their job. And the food is always cold. Not to mention the 50/50 chance of getting your order right. For a place whose slogan is have it your way, this place refuse to make any special. Also charge you extra for it. Worst BK in the nation. Person serving was good. The food. Not so much. I asked for unsalted fries, got salted. How I know? They were half cold and had salt all over them. And they forgot my nuggets. Okay when you wanna skip PT and get some French toast stiks The patties in the double cheeseburger were hard and tasted stale.
