  We were seated promptly and had our food within ten minutes of arriving. I've been to a number of Denny's and this one is par for the course. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that someone urinated on the floor and it smelled bad when I had to go to bathroom. It had that old smell so I suspect it was one of those "it's not my job to clean it up" scenarios. The food was good and hot. Weird thing that it came out in two servings. The pancakes came out about five minutes after the meat and home fries. Anyway I'd rather get it hot than together. Went here and ordered veggie dippers. I literally tied a knot with the celery because it was so old. On top of that they served sour chocolate milk to our 5 year old. I asked for the manager who as soon as she got to the table asked "what do you want" and after we calmly and respectfully told her what was wrong her response was "well what do you me to do about it?!" We weren't even offered an apology. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and she took off one child's meal. Then she came back and said she tried the milk and it wasn't bad but that someone put too much chocolate mix in and then yelled for someone to add another jug of milk to the batch. I questioned if perhaps bad milk was put in there but "she checked all the milk jugs and they're all good for at least a week". We also had a large part of dinner interrupted by the blender making what can only be described as about to blow up sounds. You could tell the staff was trying not to act like they hated their live but the manager was absolutely rude and uncourtious. I wasn't trying to get a free meal out of them messing up 2 meals but trying to let them know there was an issue. This is the second time I went in there and the manager is the problem. Yelling at and degrading staff is not how business should be conducted. For that my family and I will not be going to this place again Boy oh boy, I hope you like garbage and racism because this place has both. This restaurant has fallen on some hard times, the staff, not great and hey guess what the food is even worse. These dickbags brought me a hamburger with just a bun and a burnt burger that was straight up raw in the middle and charged me full price for my lacking meal. Also never got my drink or the side to the burger but hey if your staff is high as a kite and curse's at the customers as soon as they walk in I guess that is the quality you get from Denny's these days. Northern most and awfullest, cool. Service wasn't the greatest. One waitress was very nice and helpful. Cold food when we got it. Facilities were disgusting and smelled terrible. Food was way over priced. I payed have the amount for the same meal at a Denny's in North Dakota. 17.99 for a chicken fried steak??? Never again The place had great food and excellent customer service. Great place to unwind and relax. Family Friendly
