The Food Factory moved to a new location. Nice facility with a typical sports bar look. Hot wings are your traditional flavor with a hint of Buffalo Wild Wings flavor. Hamburgers are a little expensive. Dedicated fast food chain restaurants make slightly better tasting hamburgers for a lower price. I paid $2.95 for ice tea and $12.00 for a cheeseburger and fries, plus tip. I have no reason NOT to try this place again. 3 stars. Ate here instead of with the mob at the Paddle Wheel boat or the Gold Barge. Much nicer meal here. Good food, good service. I had a mostly positive experience at the Food Factory. The food was fantastic and our server was amazing. The only issue is that they charge for an extra side of ranch for dipping. No other restaurant that I have been to charges extra for a side of dipping sauce. To make matters worse, we were not notified of the extra cost by our waiter, who brought out two ranches to our table. This was quite annoying and a surprise to see the charge on the bill. This automatically brought the star rating down to a 4, almost a 3. We also did not return here for the rest of our trip because of this reason. The atmosphere is what you would expect with a pub/restaurant. It was a bit loud for my tastes but that was to be expected. The new building is quite nice and clean. Staff were friendly. The hostess was not in a uniform and she was hard to distinguish between guests. The food was quite well prepared. The philly cheese steak, The Works, was delicious. The beef was seasoned and cooked well and it was quite a tasty sandwich. 4/5 for a good experience minus the ranch issue. Next time at least disclose the cost. Almost a three stars for that reason alone. I had the privilege of eating here for the first time in 15 years, and it is still as amazing as I remember. The addition of the fried Oreo dessert was a pleasant surprise not soon to be forgotten. But, the cheesesteaks are still the reason to come here. I love this place! The original cheese steak is still the best! After all these years it hasn't changed. ❤
