To start the service was excellent! We were met and immediately seated. While perusing the menu we were offered some Miso soup. Being that i love sushi I decided to give it a try. I went with the Fuji Yama Maki. It is served with a fattier tuna and avacodo inside and lean tuna on top. Excellent choice if you want to get a feel for the quality of fish they use here. Overall a great experience. Will be coming here regularly! Awesome resturaunt!! Great food and very friendly staff! Price is great for the amount of food you get! I would definitely recomend to anyone! Fuji Sushi is by far my favorite sushi in Fairbanks. The cozy atmosphere gives you a real sense of home and comfort. The staff is outstanding! They are always so charismatic and caring, at every visit. They even goes as far as remembering the order that I get every time that I go in. They make you feel so welcome, and pay close attention to detail. The sushi is always delicious and extremely fresh. Even though it's Fairbanks and everything seems to be expensive, their prices are pretty good and they have an awesome lunch menu. I always recommend Fuji to all my friends, and I would definitely recommend to you! Go check it out for yourself! The food is wonderful, with an excellent staff. One of my very favorite places to eat in Fairbanks! My FAVORITE! The sushi chef is personable and SO talented! I've loved everything that I've tried so far. My waiter has always been prompt, and kind. He has always kept my drinks full. I don't go anywhere else for sushi. Oh, and the prices are definately fair, especially for the quality of service and food!
