The pork was first rate even on high Cuban standards. The shrimp would have just been shrimp but the lemon sauce had us eating almost all the rice just to get it all. Fantastic. Only 4 stars because the fabulous berry breeze would have been the best drink of my 7 decades if it had vodka. Alas no liquor license yet. Music was terrific. The girl singer, co-owner, chef has a sweet classic jazz voice. I don't think it can get better. Well maybe with alcohol. Food was incredible. Salmon was delicious and tender. Atmosphere was nice and cozy with Sinatra type music playing in the background. Owner, Antonio makes everyone feel welcomed. Then live music started which was absolutely amazing! Singer (owners wife) has a beautiful voice. She sang "Fever" and "Sway" while we were there. Had flan for dessert and was very tasty! Can't wait to come back. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We vacationed in Fairbanks and other parts of Alaska. While there, we read the reviews and nine of us decided to try this restaurant. We all had a great experience. I ordered the camarones (shrimp) and my meal was delicious. Everyone else ordered pork, salmon or chicken and were very happy with their food. The music and vocalist were very good too. We were happy that we stopped in as it was one of the better meals that we had in Alaska. The restaurant is quite small though and so it took a little while for our food to arrive. We were glad that we made reservations. What a quirky place! We loved it. Apparently the owner, waitress etc are all musicians and singers. The female dinner had a gorgeous voice. Even more surprising was the excellent food. We had the shrimp, Cuban beef, Cuban pork and the salmon in a lemon type sauce. Hands down the salmon and pork were our favorites! I would definitely go back, very impressed. Great food, great service and great musical experience. Only suggestions would be to offer desserts, and let everyone knows the care that goes into the sourcing of the food and the sauce prep...We asked and were impressed with the level of detail that they use in creating great dishes. This is a nice little dinner spot. We were here for Sunday's night dinner. We ordered a salmon entree and a shrimp entree. The host/owner explained that they had a small menu, but whatever dish they did, they did their best. And oh boy, they lived up to the expectation. The dishes were busting with flavors and well seasoned. Very satisfying meal! We ate too fast we forgot about the pictures
