Great experience! Food awesome and good portions. Attentive service. One of the higher end places in Fairbanks, the food and service is spectacular and there is a massive selection of wine and champagne. I would recommend a reservation especially during the summer tourist time otherwise you will have to wait a bit for a table. Honestly, disappointed, was HOPING this place would be better. Pork chop overcooked, slow service and watched my food sit under the warmer for 10 min before being brought over. $24 for tawny port, 16 for carafe of wine, 30 for pork chop and almost an hr before my food was served = unacceptable for this price point. I think we were unlucky. Our order of halibut and king crab took a long time to arrive and were a bit over done at that. One of my crab legs, the larger one, was excellent. The Bistro is popular and they were busy. The staff were fine. Delicious and a fun experience. The meatloaf and duck are awesome!
