Hello all, I am Tristin, and I used to be employed here as a Shift Supervisor. I will share this much with you all. Prior to my resignation, the Wendy's team was making large strides in providing in efficiency. I, personally, attempted to increase employee morale, improve quality standards, and create a professional atmosphere. Needless to say, I miserably failed. Despite the effort I put in to increase cleanliness standards, enforce food safety procedures, and ensure that their/our crew member were not dissatisfied with the working conditions, "Corporate" and higher management neglected to act upon the warnings I offered. Many employees and the current management, as far as I can tell, are getting back on their feet and beginning to regain lost ground. But it's going to take tire. That is all I have to say on the matter. I have been in Wendy's drive thru for exactly 30 minutes. We waited 15 just to pay and get drinks!!!! Then when we finally got our food, EVERYTHING was Luke warm we asked for knew fries and Humpty Dumpty almost fell off his brick wall. He argued with me for a good 5 minutes. He then told me to taste my fries because they were fresh, we already had felt and tried them, they were garbage. They told us to loop around front to wait for fresh ones, they NEVER came out .. we went back to the window and EVERY SINGLE employee was standing there LAUGHING, making a huge joke out of the situation. The guy continued to argue with us and pretty much threw the food in our faces and said "I dont give a damn" then took another 25 minutes just to get a refund. It's obvious the night crew clearly needs a cleansing, GARBAGGEEE!!! Doesn't even deserve one star, but I can't post unless I rate. 9/10 times it's great food. Service is always a bit show but the food makes up for it. NEW: Looks like this wendy's finally stepped up their game, along with a few technological upgrades, they seem to have hired much better customer service. Order didn't take more than 3 minutes at the drive thru. Also, the food I ordered tasted fresher than it has in the past few years. Bravo! Lets hope it sticks. OLD: This restaurant is flagging and removing my well deserved negative reviews. Their staff are gross and disrespectful. I also was double-charged last month and had to file a claim on my credit card. The food tastes old, and mixture of sauces tastes like spit. Not gonna eat here ever again, I'm waiting for the burger king to re-open across the street. Customer service is really good but most of the time I get the fries, for some reason, not recently made, kind of warm but not hot either and all greasy, like they has been at the bottom of the pan for and hour or so. Also the presentation of the food is bad. Lettuce hanging off the Asiago Chicken for example, dripping mayo and ketchup all over the place.
