Needed a flat repair. My young daughter and I were stranded. Shop suggested we leave the bike and come back later. Asked to buy a tube but shop wouldn't let me use a wrench to take wheel off bike to repair myself. Did give us some air but none too friendly about it. Trust goes both ways. After a 5 mile walk back to car I'm pretty sure I won't ever consider visiting this place again. I know I should have been better prepared but things don't always go as planned. I could have turned into a loyal customer if this guy would have helped us out. I'm sure Beaver or REI will have the replacement bike we're in the market for. I've bought 2 bikes from this shop. Very well priced, and the repair service is hands down the best in town. LOVE THEM Fantastic bike shop. Really knowledgeable and helpful. I brought my bike in for a tune-up and was really impressed with their service and prices. I've since purchased several bicycles for my family and was really impressed with the time they took to make sure the bikes were properly fit for us. Amazing bike shop. Great family runs it. Nice small family style shop. I received excellent service, but was unable to complete a transaction because the shop only takes cash or checks. No electronic payment methods are available.
