Poor experience. They under estimated the end date for the project by a week and a half & changed the end date three different times, pushing it back. The staff showed no care for the costumer's request, until I showed my concern. Once the job was done there was rubbing compound all along my doors and the paint doesn't match my trim. I will never return! Under estimated price of repair to comply with geico so we would have to use them. Truck had side damage when I took it in. I had to take the truck back to them 5 times to get the paint job right and they left light over spray on it after the 5th time. Tried tried to say it was only hard water so I gave up on them and had to detail my truck with 20000 sand paper and polisher to get it right. Would not recommend going here. Didn't give accurate time frame on when parts would be in. Called and left messages without receiving a callback, and had to continue to call. They did a great job when I got rear-ended with the previous accident but this latest experience is less than satisfactory.
