  Just picked my vehicle up after having a "full detail" and "ozone" treatment completed. I will not be using their services again and will be discouraging anyone else from using them. My husband bought these services as a Christmas gift and after a couple of failed attempts of leaving messages that were not returned, I had to drive to the car wash to set up an appointment. When I set up the appointment, I was informed that I would need to drop my car off at 8:30 am and leave it overnight for the ozone treatment. I could then pick my car up at 8:30 the following morning. Yesterday, I dropped off my vehicle at 8:30 am and was informed that they would call me when it was ready for pick-up. I did not hear back from them and around noon I called to only get the answering machine again. When I arrived a little after 1:00 pm I was given multiple excuses as to why my vehicle was delayed in getting serviced and as to why the phone was not being answered. Apparently, a "full detail" includes leaving 3-4" of accumulated road grime along the entire length of the bottom of your vehicle, leaving bugs and road grime in various spots on the body of the vehicle, not wiping all of the interior door jams, leaving heavy amounts of grime on the wheels, leaving heavy streaks on some of the windows, etc... This was definitely not worth the money that my husband spent. The only positive thing to state is that they did a very nice job on vacuuming out the interior, but unfortunately it was overshadowed by the oily residue of the cleaning products used on the hard services. Today 4/19/2017, we had an appointment for a Full Detail Job for our 2003 Red Vibe. I made this appointment with Sean, who manages the detail department and was told to be there between 0830 & 0900 to drop off the vehicle. I was told it could take 4-6 hours to complete the job. I arrived at 0845 this morning and no one from the detail department was around, so I spoke to the guy who was setting up for wiping down cars from the drive thru car wash. I made him fully aware of what the appointment was about, who I made it with and showed him where the vehicle was parked. He was kind, took my keys and told me I would get a phone call when completed. We drove by Splash & Dash (East) at 10:30 and I noticed that the vehicle had not yet moved. Around 3pm, I called to see what the status was and got the recorded message, that vehicles are usually ready between 4pm & 5pm, so decided not to leave a message. At 5pm, we had yet to hear from anyone, so we tried to call again and got the message once again. We decided to make the trip to see if you all were busy and hadn't had time to call. I arrived at 5:15 and found my vehicle untouched, no one from detailing around. I spoke to rude black guy who couldn't provide any information, didn't know where Sean was at (nor did he make any effort to find him), he located my appointment in the appointment log, didn't offer to make another appointment and I took my keys and vehicle. I called and left a voice message for the manager and as of 7:17 we have not heard from you. This is piss poor customer service. I have more than one vehicle and had told Sean if his department did a good job, I would bring him my other vehicles for detailing. Great way to loose business! Worst detailing job I have ever had. They sprayed vanilla and I guess thought that covered the fact that they didn't do a good job. We consistently come to this wash. They take the time to scrub the front and back and spray down the truck before we go through. We get the top wash every time and they honor military discount. The tire shine truly adds to the quality of the wash and makes our vehicles sparkle. At the end, they wipe down our door jams and the truck looks awesome. I'm planning on having them detail my crossover SUV in the near future. Rated 4 instead of 5 stars because sometimes we come out and there's still a few bugs or dirt spots. Downton bother with expensive lava was. Leaves your car still dirty.
