Came here for a routine medical appointment. Everyone from the receptionist to the medical staff was nice with the exception of the person that checked us in and took our payment information. She seemed annoyed about doing her job assisting us. The service was actually good. The medical assistant that took care of us seemed knowledgeable and friendly. The nurse we saw was also nice and very approachable. A medical staff asked if we were interested in taking some of their supplemental services which we respectfully declined. The person only asked once and was not pushy about getting us to enroll. Will definitely come back here from now on. I love this dental office! The staff is quick and informative, also very nice! The prices they charge are adjusted based on income which is great for lower income college students! Very friendly staff. Good consistent service. Receptionist is a real piece of work. Young snob with a real attitude. Didn't even bother to see how the medical people are, if this is how their office staff treats people, just imagine how people who are not "customer service" will treat you! Good Place they don't charge to much like others in Fairbanks and they seem to care about there patients more than the getting rich ! Awesome People !!! Mike Jimerson Fairbanks AK
