Staff was friendly and great at explaining steps to my son (5 years old). Doctor was friendly and made my son at ease. Also atmosphere is VERY kid friendly, great waiting room, new toothbrush and paste, even a coin to stick in a machine to pick a prize. It was a great experience. I schedule every 6 months so I don't have much trouble - When my son needed dental surgery the staff was great with how to get in contact with the hospital, scheduling and everything I needed to be aware of. Wonderful visit! Our 9 month old had his first visit yesterday and we are very happy with how it went. Dr. Jackson took time to make sure our little one was comfortable around him before examining. Our usually vocal (loud) babe hardly protested. The staff were friendly and efficient, we didn't even have a chance to sit in the waiting area. I am looking forward to our future visits. Great Staff and Dentist! My kids had a great 1st visit and I appreciated both Dr. Young and staff taking time to explain things to me! Just brought all 3 kids in for their checkups, Dr. Young and his Staff is amazing! My kids came in nervous and left smiling asking when their next appointment was! Dr Satow pulled one wisdom tooth it was infected! although i had eaten before, because i was nervous to have my first tooth ever pulled, she reassured me i wouldn't feel a thing! she numbed me up and she was correct no pain, not even after! i was very satisfied. its a tad pricy for what i am used to but she always let u know what she was doing before she did it! i wouldn't have asked for better! Also she is not just a children's dentist, because I am an adult!
