Excellent Care!! On vacation. We had 11 days to visit family and attractions, and my left ankle gave out on me the second day. I stepped down on it wrong. To my amazement, I was cared for very quickly, and Dr. Herbert Day was wonderful!! He actually gave me steroid shots to my ankle with NO pain!!! NEVER had that before. Thank you all SO much. My only surprise was having to pay $260 up front to be seen. I have full medical coverage and it would be paid 100%. I don't know what happens to people to are visiting from out of state and can't afford to put it on a credit card or pay for it. It's about what you would expect from a walk-in clinic. Sometimes you're in and out, and other times you're stuck waiting for an hour. Sweet people here. Through care. Quick work. Friendly receptionist, then you'll sit for HOURS before being seen. No apology no update. The name should be Tanana Valley Slow or No care The folks at First Care really go the extra mile. They are compassionate and always put patient care first.
