Amazing. Superb staff and surgeons. i had spine fused and at 95% now. pain free. And can walk and run again. Can't say enough about Dr Jensen, he listens, is super kind, and did an outstanding job on my surgery! Scheduling was a nightmare with insurance and such but, his front office staff, Melissa, Sade, medical assistant Christina and Dr Anderson are so friendly, helpful, caring and I will recommend them to everyone!!!!! I love his staff and his work!!!! A++++++++++++++ I am so thankful to Dr. Lopez and his associates for their care and concern. An accident left me in need of a multi level cervical fussion, the surgery was explained in detail and thankfully everything went as planned. Follow up phone calls and caring office staff have made my recovery easier and less stressful. I strongly recommend Spine Care Specialist of Alaska for your spinal health. Dr. Jensen is a wonderful neurosurgeon but be prepare to wait. He is not very punctual. You make your appointment at a certain time be prepared not to be seen for at least an hour after. So if you don't mind the wait he is worth it. Dr.Lopez did my ACDF surgery on C5/6, C6/7 in June. He was great! Very nice bedside manner, and I am so happy I had the surgery! I am feeling better everyday and the pain I was having in my hands, arms and neck shoulders is mostly gone! I don't seem to be getting the tension headaches that I have had for the last 30 years!
