I spend too much money in here. The prices are back and forth with Michael's so check both stores before you buy or keep your receipt. Joanna will price match with is awesome! The store at Fairbanks, Ak has one of the greatest customer service I have seen. Particularly from Michele and their asst manager for the life of me I can't think of his name. Im truly blessed to even see Joanns this far North of Alaska . As a military retiree, the treatment of their customers are above reproach. They helped me choose my new cricut explore air 2 and the accessories. Wonderfully employees. Kudos to a great team! The management here is absolutely f'ing awful. And no, I'm not the employee that got fired and retaliated. No body wants to work somewhere where the manager blatantly accuses them of lying about being sexually assaulted to their face, so I finally was fed up quit. This specific store doesn't give a damn about their employees. Kim was a great manager. Lori? I could be here for days describing that woman. And when I got hired, one of the first things out of her mouth is that she doesn't like to hire military spouses because they wanna be home by 5. Well, sucks for her cause it's a military town. Take your business rob michael's, seriously. Its great for almost any type of craft or project you want to work on Customer sevice.....HAHAHA!!!!!!!!!! Seems like I was disturbing them.Lazy and useless especially the cashier that was there on Fri. Feb 10 very rude person.
