The water is hard! This water has left white stains on everything the water comes out, this has been hard and terrible on my skin. this water is from UAF which has the worst water ever coming from old pipes. The lady on the phone was super kind and I appreciate her help...but its the damn water what I care about..this is not good for my family or me! This is the worst water ever and when the weather is warm the water smell changes, and this water is the worst ever. I can not tell you enough how bad it is. F service..it is the water that is important, the driver was a total dick anyway. We ran out of water for a month and water wagon couldn't drive down our road, but one of our neighbors is a driver and he went above and beyond by getting 6 hoses and hooking them from the truck at his house all the way to our house to get us water. I know he'd do this for anyone! Great company, and drivers! Dude kept flooding my crawlspace by over filling the tank...I confronted him about it...he was a total dick... he yelled at me and said I needed to block the air intake vents on the tank ...so my water pump will implode the tank...luckily..I don't assalt stupid people any longer...our whole area uses Twin Springs now...they use an electronic water sensor hooked up to the tank...never a drop over..friendly drivers...no douches....no more flooded crawlspace and hours of work to clean up after incompitant people... We live a ways out of Fairbanks, AK towards Fox and rely on our water to be delivered (usually about every 3 weeks). On a Saturday night, at around 10:30pm we noticed that our shower/ fossets started to sputer and that we were almost completely out of water. We called Water Wagon, expecting to leave a message with the answering machine. To our surprise a live person answered! She was kind, helpful, and reassured us that our names had been added to the delivery list. Before 9:00am on Sunday (next day) Water Wagon was here filling up our tank. We are so grateful for their services! I've been a customer for three years, and have been exceedingly happy with both the quality and service. My tank is right at 1000 gallons - not big enough for automatic delivery. Still, even though I'm a pretty good distance out of Fairbanks they've always delivered on time, when they said they would. The office staff and drivers have been great to deal with. Very, very happy with these guys.
