Raylnn did an awesome job on my hair. I'm natural and I was very impressed with how well my hair felt, and how straight it was being that she used flat irons. She was extremely patient especially with it being late in the evening. Ralynn rocked with my natural hair! I have been going to Regis for 7 years now. Their customer service and and stylist are impeccable. In this town, many other places are unreliable and worst of all, unpredictable. It's a relief to have Regis, can't beat their affordable prices either! The worst customer service experience of my life. The stylist Raylynn was beyond rude and did a terrible job on my hair. I ended up having to pay another salon to fix it. I left messages with the manager about my experience and waited weeks without hearing anything. I rarely review but hope this can save anyone else from being treated liked that. Horrible at anwsering the freaking phones! Rate a boooooooo! -10 Regis has a new manager and is a lot better now. The girls are very friendly and do a good job. Raylin cut my hair last time and she was very fast and was right on with the picture I took in. She gave good advice for what to use on my hair to help with the texture. Bobbie is also really good. I really like going there since it is close to my house and they don't charge too much for my budget.
