Today I was just lamenting how all insurance agents are total crooks. But it appears that there is one that is not. I was really impressed with my interactions with this Allstate agent - they warned me about the high cost of a lapse in coverage should I cancel my policy, but then did the research that allowed me to terminate my coverage without any future penalty (as I am a driver on my parents insurance). Since I know nothing about insurance, they could have easily convinced me to stay on the plan unnecessarily, but they didn't. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to help, even if it meant that they lost out on $100 over the course of the next year. I would very much recommend getting your insurance through them.
