Terri is about as good as they get. Her and her people are extremely helpful. Even though I live on the other side of the State I continue to use Terri as my agent for many different policies because for more than a decade she has provided excellent, excellent service. She is knowledgeable, responsive to inquiries and and a professional in every respect. She really worked with us and I think she's awesome!!!! terri walters office is about the worst insurance company in fairbanks area, when i went to file a claim i was given the run around for almost a month till i just decided to quit pursuing it. when they werent helping me i went to the office to cancel my insurance. they continued to carry me and charge me for multiple months, about a month after i canceled i joined with Geico. then the collection calls started, Terri wanted me to bring proof when i started with Geico and credited me ONLY till the day i started Geico not the day i canceled with her. now i am receiving calls from a collection company at midnight, i recommend choosing another insurance company before the harassment starts towards you!!!
