Too much fun! Ice sculptures to explore and even touch after a short film that explains the art. Even a toboggan run (indoors!) to go down as many times as you want, all included in the price. The owner/operator will take your photos with your camera/phone while you pose. Well worth the visit. We went in Spring of 2016 and it was incredible. My family and I had fun sliding down the slides and taking pics on the statues. We had a conversation with a long time employee Peggy about the museum. It was a memorable conversation that we still looking back upon fondly. I give this place 5 stars out of 5. I liked the second half, but sitting thru he movie was tough. They really need to update the movie which must be at least two decades old. The owner was nice and engaging. I'd give the movie three stars and the exhibits four stars and the demo three stars. So like 3.3 stars. At fifteen bucks a head it's a good value, but fell a little below my expectations. The video at the beginning was lackluster. It looked like it was made in Movie Maker or something. However, the actual ice sculptures were great. The ice slide was fun and there are great photo opportunities. The Chinese guide was also funny and skilled. I would recommend you go here if you are vacationing in Fairbanks. Fun, small place. They will show you one small movie about ice scripting competition. After that a small tour at ice sculptures they have on site. Good for kids. Entry fees are cheap, probably around 15 bucks per person.
