Friendly staff once they get to know you. Best selection of parts and accessories for RV's in Fairbanks. A little pricey on some items. The place I always go. Had services done to de-winterize (their more expensive package that included other services) our fifth wheel rv, as well as get our ball bearings greased in preparation for a long trip. During our trip, we discovered there was still antifreeze in our toilet plumbing and shower. If they had done the de-winterization properly, we could have replaced a toilet piece that leaked everywhere. Instead, we learned shortly into our trip that we couldn't use our toilet (in the middle of nowhere). Got to our destination and two of our tires were bald on the edges. We thought it may have been a weight distribution issue. However, the tire shop we are replacing the tires at informed us that a couple of our lug nuts were barely on (note: we noticed a couple of lug nuts looked like they weren't on right and we asked the mechanic before we left Arctic RV, and he told us those were just bigger because our original ones were stripped so they replaced them but don't worry they didn't charge us for the lug nuts!). Now the tire shop is trying to fix the studs the lug nuts screw on to because several are stripped. The tire shop supervisor said it looked like someone tried to fix it with j.b. weld. In order to replace the studs they'll have to get to where the bearings are at. This has been an extremely expensive event that wouldn't have occurred if Arctic RV had done the job properly. Took the time to look for parts they had in the shop.that is help that I very much appreciate.thank you! I would highly suggest buying out of state or buying used. I bought a new jayco in fall of 2015 and this fall (2016) it's value is $10,000.00 less then what I paid. Meaning they are highly over priced from this dealer. Service is mediocre at best. Warranty work takes way to long and there is a good amount of work you'll find needs to be done on them with Alaska road conditions. Talked to a dealer in Idaho and they are way more helpful and I didn't even buy it there! Usually I don't do Google reviews but want people to really think before dropping 30k plus on an over priced camper. Wish I would have. the work is ok but the labor is little bit higher.
