I have owned an EcoWater Softener for over 13 years and every time I have a problem I call these guys and they send out Shawn or Jeremy and they get me fixed up in no time. They always have the parts I need in stock and are very easy to work with. Great Crew! I highly recommend them. I don't know what the previous comment is talking about, I have never had a problem with them, I keep my pre-filter changed out monthly and keep salt in the softener and if there is a problem and i'm not getting clean water I call them out and they always fix it. And we have some terrible water out here in Goldstream. We have terrible well water and purchaced a water system here. They sold us a salt only system which cost thousands of dollars. We had them return to check the system 7!!! times and they kept charging us $100 per visit and telling us it was fine and that that was the best they could do. After one year of trying to deal with them (and dealing with rust stains in toilets/showers/clothes and toxic contaminates making water dangerous to drink per a state certified test) we went to someone else who installed secondary filters for other contaminates and cleared it it up crystal clear. These guys have TERRIBLE after sales service and do NOT know what they are doing. Avoid them like the plague!
