The service dept. was very polite and professional, even fixed a loose exhaust clamp and missing exhaust bolt at no charge as a courtesy gesture. The clothing dept. Is well stocked with very helpful employees. I enjoyed my time here and would not hesitate to return. The manager was quick to get rude with customers who asked him questions. Knowledgeable and friendly service department staff (J is the best for bikes). Nice shop with great HD apparel and accessories, along with an assortment of bikes. Owner took the time to greet us, staff showed us around, plenty of room for rv parking, a really great group of people. Very friendly. The sales lady was great to deal with, she was very helpful
