Awesome customer service..... Seemed like all fees are based on $140 an hour rate. Had rear differential rebuilt on my RV, 6 tires rotated for $3,157. Spent the day there and was offered a car to go somewhere.... had no place to go. Keep checking on me.... like I said great customer service just a tad hourly rate higher than I am used to paying in the Lower 48. But hey, it had to be done! Awesome experience! I wish I had come here first! Steve is absolutely wonderful! If you like to have the same repair done over and over, this is your repair center. If you want it done right the first time choose someone else. If I could I'd give them a negative 5. star rating. Since Adam took over from Ron as manager there has been nothing but problems with my vehicle. I can't warn people away enough. I am from Texas. I went in to have them look at why my brakes were pulling to the left when I was going down grades and trying to burn off speed. I would jab the brakes long enough to burn off about 10 MPH. It was scary having my Roadtrek try to dart into oncoming traffic. I read reviews and decided this looked like the place to take it. What a disappointment. They tried to sell me a whole new front end (including tie rod end adjusters (I have never seen one of those wear out)) at a cost of over $4,000. They never addressed the bad caliper that was found at another place in town that I ended up taking it to. The only usefull information I got from them was that my wheel bearings on the front were loose. I think they saw someone far from home and tried to sell me the moon. My front end had been replaced only 30,000 miles before and was in good shape according to the other shop I took it to. I left there and went to an auto parts store lot to adjust the wheel bearings myself in case I needed new bearings. H&H couldn't do it for another week. After inspecting them, I did not need new bearings, they were just loose so I adjusted them properly. I put two new tires on the front and they show no uneven wear in over 5,000 miles of driving. This just proves the front end good. I used to drag race back in the 60's, so I do have experience turning a wrench. I am getting old and don't much care for wrench turning anymore. I took it to another shop in town that does brake work among other repairs. See my review there for a GREAT place. If you are from out of town, run away and leave this place in your dust. They probably do take good care of the locals though. I had been calling around for quotes on an alignment on my 1 ton truck. It keeps pulling and it seems that everytime I get an alignment it still pulls after some time but either way I needed one because I have new tires and I dont want to ruin another set. AFter asking questions about their alignment I was told that what they like to do is to do a front end shakedown first if the truck had a lot of miles or been a while since it was previously done. I of course didn't know what that meant and he explained that he goes over all the parts on the front end to look for worn out parts that would cause alignment problems. My front end had lots of stuff that is needing new parts and wouldn't hold an alignment into place if I got one at this point. I was delighted with the price and the experience. I was a walk-in and got my truck immediately pulled in to start the work. The guys are very accommodating and concerned about the customers. He didn't want to sell me something that I didn't need or wouldn't help my situation at this time, so I appreciate the honesty. I even got a free soda. If we are back in town again we will be back....I'm heading out of town tomorrow so I only wish I could of gotten the actual work done there!
