HORRIBLE!!! Ordered and paid for snow tires. Was told 2-3weeks, week 5 they can't even locate my tires!!!! They are also IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ON PHONE!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I cancelled order and will never order anything for Sam's club again!!! Good price on tires, the wait time is horrible. Quoted a 2 hour wait time and ended up waiting 4 hours. Employee's were nice but very understaffed in the tire center.
