Called at least ten times at different times of day over a week period and no one ever answered the phone. Had to go in to set up an appointment, but the actual work was pretty fast and reasonably priced. What's the point of a phone line if no one ever answers the phone? Called over 10 ten times over several days and they never answered the phone. Although when I went in person they did a good job and had the vehicle done 10 min before they told me it would be finished. They definitely need to fix their phone service. I've tried calling the Auto Center for the past week multiple times a day and no one answers. After a few rings the line hangs up. I've been here a couple of times for tire changeovers, oil changes, etc, and I have always been treated kindly and the services have always been quick. I have nothing to complain about. They are quick with setting up appointments, and are very easy to work with Sheduled appointment for diagnostics. Very whiney technician came out refused to drive my car with interlock even after telling him he can bypass it by calling installer. Discriminatory
