The vehicle had an electrical fault and was completely dead. I'm so pleased I took it to University Chevron for repair: it was as good as new in a day - much faster than I had any right to expect - and the price was very reasonable. The mechanics kept me updated in every part of the process. University Chevron will be my first choice for service or repair next time the car needs some work! I took in two vehicles to get serviced/winterized (yesterday and today). Even though one quote was off a bit, you guys still did a great job on my vehicles (husband inspected). Each time I've taken my Jeep in for repairs they have completed the work before 5pm and called me as soon as my vehicle was finished. I really appreciate getting it back before the end of the day. Prices are fair compared to prices I've paid for dealer repairs. The customer service at Mike's is really the best I've experienced in town so far. I had my car alternator fixed from them. They installed a re manufactured one. They are pretty quick. The staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. I had some issues with my electrical system though after i fixed the alternator. My diagnostic port stopped working after i brought the car from them. First the guys at the counter are friendly and very knowledgeable. The service techs are efficient and professional. The tire and lube techs are quick and courteous. The mechanics are certified in everything and work hard when it comes to your car. I don't take my baby anywhere else.
