Got here fairly early, before 9am- to get a battery and was told it would be an hour and 4 hours later, finally had a new battery. I usually go there every 3 months for car maintenance. They have been very friendly and helpful so far. The lady whom I spoke to over the phone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered winter tires over two months ago, and today I found out my order was in...except that only one tire arrived. After placing me on hold for over half an hour, the employee on duty came up with the brilliant solution of placing a new order and waiting again. Meanwhile, winter is here. Walmart might be the cheapest option in town for tires, but I guess you get what you pay for - I'm taking my business to shop that actually has inventory in stock, knows how to manage it, and better understands how to interact with the public.
