Opened a prepaid card to use exclusively for the Alaskan trip. They told me I can save $5 by enrolling auto payment. But the auto payment seemed to be failed so I was told to pay one month worth of credit up front in the store. By the next day I found out the auto payment actually went through so I paid twice as much. I am told that there is absolutely no way to get refund and I have to take responsibility for someone else's fault. I came here prior to the month long NTC training and told them iam going away for the months please cancel my service for the month. they told me sure thing you can save about 80$ just comeback when your ready to start my plan back up. 1 month later i walk into the store and congratulations my bill was fully charged, when i inquired about it they said they were not allowed to do what i was talking about and i must be mistaken that i was not at this same store changing my plan a month ago. well its either pay the full bill or just have no phone grats. you guys squeezed 80$ out of me. Get cancer. Great service.
