Replaced my Galaxy S7 screen in the amount of time it took to get a quick lunch, and it's working great. They also seemed to have a lot of batteries and stuff, hence their name. Didn't see any bulbs, but I'm sure they have 'em if you need 'em, they seemed like honest folk and wouldn't be lying about that! I'll definitely bring them my next electronic mining casualty. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced. Went in prepared to pay $80 to fix my iPhone and instead they just diagnose and fix it for free. They have my future business for sure. I brought my S5 in with a damaged charging port on the phone.The Tech on duty was honest enough to tell me there was a risk of cracking my screen.So we tried alternate methods of charging my battery. When those did not work I was refunded. I understood the risk and opted for the fix. Not only was my charging port fixed he was SKILLED enough to finish the job with no cracks on my screen.My hat goes off to their skill integrity and professionalism! -Freddy This was my first visit ti BPB, on a recommendation from my auto mechanic. I have a bmw that has a more hard to find battery. Walking into the store I was impressed with the quality and competitive prices on many batteries, bulbs and even iPhone repairs. There were four knowledgeable folks working and they all helped me in ordering my battery online that saved saved me $20. The install for my BMW was complicated and the battery needed to be registered with the cars computer. The BPB showed a genuine interest and effort getting me the battery and getting it registered. The dealer wants a couple of hundred dollars plus the cost of the battery. BPB did the service for free with the purchase of the battery. There is a great group of folks willing to help and I am looking forward to my next visit to BPB Rich Fairbanks Alaska I used the website to find a battery that fit the make and model of my scooter. Unfortunately, the battery was the incorrect size. The staff was very helpful and accommodating in exchanging the battery for the correct size, and now my scooter runs! Thank you.
