The floral bouquet showed lilly’s and the actual arrangement had none. I wish i had looked at their ratings. Worst flower shop ever. This place is terrible. Asked for an evening delivery, they tried to deliver at 1030 AM. When we were not home, they delivered to my neighbors to give to us. Neighbor gave them to us 2 days after they were delivered (not blaming the neighbors). Have had to call three times to try and get a refund. They always assure me they will refund the money, Have yet to see it. Would avoid at all costs. This company sucks at customer service and delivering flowers or gifts on time that is posted on the invoice. They are fast to take your money but very slow on finishing there part of delivering the flowers or gift. On the correct date and messing up that perfect day for the one receiving the gift or flowers. I held off giving this rating until I tried them three times .... same all three times. I don't recommend them from this point to anyone. I am an out of state Air Force Wife and had the blessing of being able to use Daisy A Day year after year. When they went out of business I ventured towards Acrtic Floral. The woman I spoke to seemed flaky, but knowledgeable so I went with it. Unfortunately the Mothers Day flowers I had ordered were not delivered the day I had paid for. After much conversation and investigation into the account, it turned out it was MY fault! I had given them the wrong account number! I ate crow and they were so, so understanding. They even offered to send my mom an extra box of chocolates and IT WASN'T EVEN THEIR FAULT. Although I would have liked a courtesy call explaining the card was declined, it worked out well. The flowers delivered were magnificent. Give these guys a chance. I called them and asked if they could make the bouquet as shown on the Teleflora website. They said they didn't have the right flowers. I asked them what would happen had I just ordered the bouquet online, and they said they would paint white flowers blue. Considering that tacky, I elected to order the bouquet through Alaska Airlines' partner Teleflora from their website, but fearing the selected florist would not have the flowers shown in the photo, I put in a note saying to call me if any deviations from the photo were necessary. Sure enough, Arctic Floral called me to say they got the order through Teleflora, the very florist I didn't want. To their favor, they did scurry around town to gather up all the blue stock they could find to make the bouquet, but it wouldn't have been the same effect at all as the hydrangeas in the photo, so I declined the arrangement and cancelled the order. I just hope Teleflora/Alaska will credit my money ok. They get credit for at least following directions to call me.
