Went to the field for two weeks with no phone service but fortunately I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday before I left. I went with College Floral because they had reasonable prices. Unfortunately, they delivered the flowers when my wife wasn’t home and didn’t leave a delivery notice tag. I get out of the field two weeks later and find out that my wife never received a notice that there was an attempt to deliver the flowers. Great. I was told that they attempted delivery four times, but nobody was home to answer. That’s hard to believe since my wife and mother-in-law were there the whole time minus one day where they were gone for two hours. The box of chocolate they threw in for the trouble is probably not going to make up for it, I spent more on gas going out there to pick them up because I don’t trust their delivery service. TL/DR: Had a bad experience here, would suggest going somewhere else. I chose them for the location and price. Flowers were exactly as described on the website and delivered a couple hours after I ordered. I'll use them again for flowers in Fairbanks. Highly recommend! I am I'm Minnesota and have ordered MANY times from College Floral, for my Aunt who lives in Fairbanks. She always loves what is delivered to her and the staff is so nice to work with. I am away on training and I called to send my wife some flowers. In the description I put that they needed to be delivered earlier in the morning. I called the day of delivery because they hadn't yet delivered and it was already 11am. I had to have them adjust the delivery to her place of work, and they charged me an extra 5 dollars to do so. Therefor, I really don't think they read the instructions that customers put down under their order. I still give them 3 stars though because the flowers were nice and the staff was very polite. I was extremely happy with the arrangement I ordered. It was exactly as shown on their website. First time ever I have ordered online from a florist and I got what I asked for. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.
