Not sure why customer service at home improvement stores in Fairbanks are average to below average. Lowe's is no different. My multiple visits have been disappointing. Arm yourself with product knowledge, like a responsible consumer should, if you plan to purchase power tools or other high dollar items. I had to correct a few employees on product specifications and other information during a demonstration. Clean, Peaceful, Very Friendly & Helpful! This place gets me in trouble, they have soooo many beautiful Christmas things! ⛄ Horrible customer service, the employees act like it's the end of the world to have them do their jobs and when i call ahead to pick something up i still have to wait 25min to have someone tell me they will be pulling it up in 10 min. Really bad management if you ask me. The people are always helpful and Lowes offers military discounts on everything unlike their major competition. The employee that helped was Mike M he was absolutely awesome and help me a lot!
