I have always had a good experience when going to urgent care. Used services before sometimes wait is long but doctors and assistants are good. I would recommend and will likely use again. They're getting better not bad this time. .... Perhaps i wasn't in the waiting room for an hr Excessive waiting even though I had an appointment. I think an hour and a half is too long for a basic physical, flu shot and blood draw. Staff is nice, just not enough of them. I was not told when I made the appointment that blood work would require two appointments. Now I need to return again. Will I be charged for the second visit?
