So I got a good deal on a clearance mattress but the service was terrible. The woman at the counter walked away from me twice while talking. No one communicated that I was picking up a mattress. I had to play he-said-she-said with 6 different employees to find where I was even supposed to pick the mattress up. I probably wouldn't go there again. I'm all about great products but even more about great customer service... Which unfortunately they were lacking. We've done a lot of moving through out the years, with that being said we've bought and sold so much furniture all over the country. I was impressed by the low prices and high quality furniture, all of the wood furniture is made out of real wood, that's what you want in a pice of furniture when considering longevity and durability. The staff is very helpful, I will definitely be back to buy more furniture before leaving Alaska. This place is a scam! Would NEVER recommend it to anyone! They advertise a price for furniture and when you go to pick it up, they tell you that wasnt the right price & want you to pay more! Bad business!! Love the home decor and the furnitures they have. Great price especially on their mattresses. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, plus they a lot to select from.
